Refund Policy
At Warblue, we believe in creating eyewear that protects, empowers, and supports your lifestyle. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when shopping with us.
Return Period
You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered.
We understand that sometimes a product isn't exactly what you expected — and we're here to make the return process smooth and respectful of your time.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging
- If the hygiene seal has been removed or broken, unfortunately we cannot accept the return
- All original accessories and packaging must be included
We kindly ask you to inspect the product before opening it, to ensure everything is correct.
Return Costs & Restocking Fee
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect
- All accepted returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which covers handling and quality inspection
- Before proceeding, we'll send you the estimated return shipping cost for approval
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll confirm if your refund is approved
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus shipping and restocking fees
- Please allow extra time for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or provider
1-Year Product Warranty
All Warblue glasses include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your product has any issue due to a fault in materials or workmanship, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong variant, or has a factory defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@warblue.com.
We'll resolve it quickly and send you a new unit — shipping on us.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be in processing or transit.
Important Notes
- Returns sent without prior authorization or outside the eligible window will not be accepted
- Please don't return items to any address not explicitly provided by our support team
